April 26, 2023 ，Google Cloud announced today that it is expanding its Google for Startups Cloud Program to include additional Web3-specific benefits. The program aims to help Web3 startups and emerging projects build and scale faster and more securely on the Google Cloud platform.
The Google for Startups Cloud Program offers up to $200,000 USD over two years in Google Cloud credits, technical and collaboration support, access to Google Cloud Startup Customer Engineers and a Startup Success Manager, training and mentorship opportunities, and exposure to Google’s network of investors, partners, and customers.
The new Web3-specific benefits include access to Blockchain Node Engine, a fully managed node-hosting service for Web3 development; access to Google Cloud Marketplace solutions for blockchain protocols such as Solana, Hedera Hashgraph, Near Protocol, and more; access to Google Cloud’s AI and machine learning tools and services; and invitations to exclusive Web3 events and workshops.
Google Cloud said that its high-performance and scalable platform provides a unique opportunity for building novel applications that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) on the blockchain.
